All prices are all inclusive except electricity per day or per week (7 overnight stays).

Per week 20 kWh electricity are included - every further kWh will be charged by consumption (EUR 0,20 per kWh).

The apartment is fully equipped with enough bed-linen and towels when you arrive.

Bed-linen and towels will be changed once per week

When ordering an additional change of bed-linen and towels, we will charge EUR 10.- (up to 2 persons) and further EUR 5.- for the 3rd and 4th person.

A closed private garage is included
 

The reservation is binding, when from both sides a written confirmation is done. Cancellation free of charge is possible till 4 weeks prior arrival.

We recommend you to contract a travel insurance (e.g. Mondial Assistance Group)

When  the resrevation is done, we would please you, to transfer 20% of the total price to our account in Greece - we will inform you on the bank details then. This amount is also covering the caution (for any possible case of damage).

The final balance you can pay, when departing or also transfer it to our account. Sorry, but we do not accept any credit cards - it's a private rental.
